Chrysler-Nissan Deal

The small car that Nissan is supposedly developing for Chrysler to sell in the US is still on!  So small cars from Nissan AND Fiat?  I guess you can't have too many fuel economical cars when your company is mainly a V8 truck producer.

Maybe they could produce this?  It still looks fresh despite being shown a few years back.

Chevrolet Engine Plant Contract Cancelled!

The engine plant that was to be used to build 1.4 liter engines for the Chevy Volt and Cruze has reportedly had its contracts cancelled. This means that the production debuts for both vehicles will be pushed back and GM will need to find another way in order to bring the engine to life for the Cruze and Volt. Does this mean the Chevy Orlando compact minivan is on hold as well?

Chrysler 200C EV Concept

As much as the media has been playing down Chrysler's future recently, this vehicle shows that there is a lot of promise for the automaker.  Arguably one of, if not the, best surprise at the Detroit Auto Show, the 200C embodies what Chrysler will become in the next few years.  And from the looks of it, they might be on a fast-track to success yet again.

Just seeing it in an everyday setting makes it seem so much more attractive than the other family sedans out there, mainly the Malibu and Fusion, which cannot come close to the Chrysler in terms of fluid styling and emotion.
